How long does membership last?

For 12 months from issue of the card. There will be an expiry date on your MyCumbria card.

What do I do if I lose my card?

Contact the MyCumbria card team at info@mycumbriacard.co.uk or call 01539 822222. We will issue you with a new card at a charge of £5.

How do I know what offers are available to me?

All offers are listed on the website www.mycumbriacard.co.uk. You should regularly visit the website for the latest offers and special offers. Make sure you have provided us with your email address as we send e-newsletters twice a month. Also ‘like’ us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.

What do I do if I encounter any resistance to using my card at one of the associated providers?

Advise Cumbria Tourism as soon as possible about the problem you encountered and we will look into it on your behalf. Email the team at info@mycumbriacard.co.uk or call 01539 822222.

How do I renew my membership after the 1st year?

We will remind you closer to the time your renewal is due. You can do this easily on line at www.mycumbriacard.co.uk or contact the team on 01539 822222 or email info@mycumbriacard.co.uk

Who does my card apply to in my household?

All of the offers from the providers are quantified by them, check the details carefully on the website. Each offer will vary from provider to provider. It is important that you check and understand what each offer ‘actually’ is and who it will cover. In most cases the card will always cover at least a couple so as long as you will be doing the activities together.
A couple need only buy one card.
