How long does membership last?

For 12 months from the date the card is issued. There will be an expiry date on your MyCumbria card.

What do I do if I lose my card?

Contact the MyCumbria card team at info@mycumbriacard.co.uk or call 01539 822222. We will issue you with a new card at a charge of £5.

How do I know what offers are available to me?

All offers are listed on the website www.mycumbriacard.co.uk. You should regularly visit the website for the latest offers and special offers. Make sure you have provided us with your email address as we send regular eNewsletters to update our members. Also like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram!

What do I do if I encounter any resistance to using my card at one of the associated providers?

Advise Cumbria Tourism as soon as possible about the problem you encountered and we will look into it on your behalf. Email the team at info@mycumbriacard.co.uk or call 01539 822222.

How do I renew my membership?

We will remind you closer to the time your renewal is due. You can do this easily on line at www.mycumbriacard.co.uk or contact the team on 01539 822222 or email info@mycumbriacard.co.uk. Please note that we can only process renewals for cards that have 6 weeks or less remaining.

How many people can use my card?

It will vary from provider to provider, so it is important to check the terms and conditions of the offer on our website carefully.
